All copyrights to SiteBrowser are exclusively owned by the author- Mark S.
Novozhilov. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset
of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized
use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in
criminal and/or civil prosecution. All rights not expressly granted in this license are
reserved by the author
Distributing
The executable SiteBrowser package may be freely distributed, provided the
distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the
distribution of SiteBrowser without permission from the copyright holder. SiteBrowser
source code may not be distributed neither in original nor in modified form without
explicit permission from the copyright holder. The same applies to the recompiled code of
the unmodified or modified source.
User Disclaimer
This software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
either expressed or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The author of this software makes
reasonable efforts to produce useful software as well as accurate and up-to-date
documentation regarding the use of such software, but does not, however, make any
warranties or representations as to its usability, accuracy or completeness. Under no
circumstances and under no legal theory shall author, or any other party involved in
distributing this software be liable to you or any other person for damages resulting from

Non-registered Software Usage Terms
In compiled form the SiteBrowser applet may be used without restrictions of
any kind both for commercial and non-commercial purpose. The HTML page referring to the
applet must contain the "AUTHOR" parameter in the form of: <param
name="AUTHOR" value="Mark S. Novozhilov (http://www.lordmark.de/SB)".
While technically not required, this parameter must be present according to this license
agreement. Non-registered users will mostly rely on provided documentation and examples
and are not granted any usage support. For registering information see register.htm.
Purchased Software License Terms - private users
Private users license does not allow the Purchaser to modify the SiteBrowser
source code. When received on a request, this source code may be only viewed for studying
purpose. Except this Purchaser have all rights listed in License Terms for commercial
companies.
Purchased Software License Terms - commercial companies
The purchased version of this software grants usage support from the Author.
This support is limited to the unmodified SiteBrowser applet. Additionally the owner of
this license may ask the author to provide the source code of the applet. The source code
of the latest applet version will then be sent per e-mail and the license owner may modify
the code to accommodate his needs. Either modified or not, the source must include
original credits to the Author of this software. When the applet is used in a HTML-page
either in modified or unmodified form, the "AUTHOR" parameter to the applet must
be present in the form similar to that described in non-registered software usage terms.
When embedded into an application same credits must be present in the credits part of the
application. The source code is provided "as is" without support of any kind.
The users will mostly rely on source code documentation. Distribution of the source code,
modified or unmodified, as well as distribution of the compiled code is described in the
"Distribution" topic.
Owners of the old SiteBrowser licenses
Owners of the old SiteBrowser licenses may apply this new usage terms
according to their old license: private user or commercial one. Additionally owners of
multiple licenses are granted some support on the applet source code. This kind of
support is exclusively granted to owners of old multiple licenses.
Agreement
Installing and using SiteBrowser version 2.0 and higher signifies acceptance
of these terms and conditions of this license. If you do not agree with the terms of this
license you must remove SiteBrowser files from your storage devices and cease to use the
product.
